What is a Business Dashboard?
A Business Dashboard is a digital system that organizes and stores your businesses information (and personal info if you want) like tasks, important links, your products, affiliates, financial data, etc. Think of it as a central repository for all your important 'stuff'.
This is also known as a Second Brain - we just didn't like the terminology, plus we include so much more than the definition, so we're changing it and making it better!
Is this a live Challenge?
No, this is a self-paced course that drips out over 5 days (along with days of emails). With that said, you can save the emails and take the course whenever works best for you.
The course consists of two separate live challenges that have been combined into one jam packed course. You get the best of both challenges!
How long is the training each day?
Your time commitment each day is relatively short, we recommend about 30-60 minutes per day (this includes the homework).
Because there are 2 challenges combined, some days have multiple videos but I have noted which videos are from the October 2024 challenge. In some cases this is duplicate info, just said differently so you can choose to watch the Oct 2024 ones or not.
By keeping your daily tine commitment relatively short, you are still able to work your business AND create your business dashboard. It's a win-win!
At the end of the Course, will I have a fully operational Business Dashboard?
You bet! That is the whole point of this challenge is to have the fully usable Business Dashboard so that you can start using it immediately. Watch your productivity increase as you waste less time searching for business items.
Do I need to be an expert in Google Sheets?
Nope! This challenge is perfect for the casual spreadsheet-er. You'll need a basic understanding of how Google Sheets works, but that's it. We made this easy so you wouldn't require a degree in Google Sheets!
